The Crescent Awards acknowledge, showcase, and celebrate the inspired achievements and contributions of educators, leaders, educational teams, and Muslim learners across sites of education in Australia.

Every year, educators from across Australian schooling, inclusive of, early childhood education and care services, as well as Muslim community education sites, are encouraged to share their stories and inspire their colleagues, families, and communities more broadly.

For educators and leaders, the Crescent Awards acknowledge, showcase, and celebrate their outstanding contributions to  the field of Islamic schooling and education in Australia, a growing collective positively impacting the lives of Muslim children and young people in Australia.

Similarly, for Muslim learners, across diverse educational settings in Australia, the Crescent Awards acknowledge, showcase, and celebrate their outstanding achievements and contributions within and beyond school communities.

The Crescent Awards are proud to give a voice to these stories and to shine a spotlight on the inspired achievements and extraordinary service and contribution of these remarkable individuals and teams within school communities across Australia.
